I will be enraged if these cupcakes aren’t gr9. The batter wasn’t great, and the egg whites were runny, but still…It’s vanilla cake made with buttermilk (well, milk plus vinegar, like the recipe said), filled with oreo pieces, with an oreo at the bottom of each one. The frosting is sweetened whipped cream. I’n a little over fifteen minutes, I willl know for sure.
